A BEAST WITH TEN HORNS
"I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things." Daniel 7:7,8
Bible Prophecy repeatedly portrays 10 Kings, kingdoms or 10 Endtime powers, as "10 horns!"
These 10 horns grow out of the last un-contested absolute Empire the "First World" has known; the Roman Empire, portrayed in the Bible as a fierce beast!
Most Bible scholars believe these to be 10 Endtime Nations that will form the nucleus of, and lead the coming "One World Government" under the Antichrist.
Many believe these 10 horns to be 10 nations of the EEC or the European
Union, as the feet grow out of the Roman legs! Others think they may
be the 10 members of the Security Council of the United Nations which
will most likely become the World's governing body! Maybe they will
be both? Time will tell!

A 7-HEADED
BEAST WITH 10 HORNS
In the Book of Revelation a 7
headed Beast and Dragon is featured, both of whom have ten horns on
the seventh head.

"The
Beast's"
seventh head is the last World Empire this World will know: the
Antichrist One World Order that is now arising in our
time!
It will reign for seven years and will virtually be a revival
of the old Roman Empire.
Its ten horns may grow up out of the area once held by the former
Roman Empire--Europe! That's why many scholars believe these
10 will be European Nations!
Not only in Revelation 17, a group of European powers or Kingdoms or
Kings of the Endtime feature as ten horns, but also in chapters
Revelation 12, 13. They are also symbolised as ten toes of the
image or statue of the history of Man, in Daniels
vision of Daniel Chapter 2.
Daniel 2:44:
"And
in the days of these kings (the
ten toes
of the feet) shall
the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never
be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but
it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and
it shall stand for ever."
Then, in Daniel 7, 10 horns grow up out of the 4th
Beast, also representing the Roman Empire; a modern update
of it. In that chapter a little horn--the Antichrist--grows
up after them, and subdues 3 of these 10 horns. To know more details

THE BIBLE ON THE TEN HORNS
" After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

"And the ten horns out of this kingdom [are] ten kings [that] shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. Daniel 7:24

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and ten horns.
12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
